Roland Vink has compiled a fantastic resource page over Nikon and Nikkor lenses. It can be found here.

The shortest lenses are probably not available in F-mount as the 45/2.8 Ai-P isn't *that* short for a pancake lens.

Nikon 50mm f/1.8 Series E is quite short, as is the F-mount Cosina Voigtländer 40mm f/2

The 45 Ai-P is 17 mm, the earlier 45-s are 20 and the 50E biack is 24 mm. The Voigtländer Ultron 40/2 is 25 mm
