This stone is one of my wife's landscaping artifacts.  I was testing out my Nikon AF Nikkor 70~210mm for close ups.  Seems to have done a pretty good job with detail, color and all.  I do like the art work, especially the eyes.  I hope everyone enjoys and thanks so much for viewing.

The particulars:  Nikon D70, AFNikkor 70~210mm 1:4~5.6 non D Lens.

 

SS 1/50, f/5.6 shot at 210mm.  Exposure bias 0.33 EV.  Metering was CWA.  ISO @ 200.

 

Exposure Program, Normal.

 

I just noticed that there appears to be a sharpening artifact on the top of the stone.  I promise I did not do any sharpening.
