I like taking pictures of everything. But I especially like architecture. New or old. Especially in some sort of a "scape" composition.

The only thing I don't like taking pictures of are posed people shots. Everything else is game on.

One of the things I like to do at car shows is to take pictures of cars that don't show the whole car but when you see the image you know exactly what you're looking at. Those neat little pieces and angles that make individual models standout...

I've with Rontography on this one, someone said to me once if you have to say "hold that pose" then the best pictures been missed, I'm all for natural poses, action shots etc. my main passion is for wildlife photography and there are not many times any animal would stay still for a photo!

Natural history.  The beauty of nature never fails to astound me whether it's a magnificent landscape or a tiny insect. To focus into a flower to photograph say a hoverfly is like entering another world, The colours are so vivid.

Wildlife and the natural world plus sports/motorpsort - I guess the two areas are a bit different, but I love the beauty of the natural world together with the action/emotion of sports

I will take a picture of anything that i think will give me a good end result but i have a soft spot for Landscapes and flowers.  I also have to agree with some of the comments above, posed pics are usually so uninteresting, natural all the way  :)

I enjoy being outdoors and using natural light to take my images. I am not a great fan of flash but use it ONLY ON WHEN I HAVE NO CHOICE.

So landscapes, seascapes and anything that I find may make a good image is what I enjoy shooting.

My first photography "career" was almost totally Motorsport. With a couple of ad jobs for a local company, mainly shop interiors.

I got back into DSLR's for a week in the Swiss mountains. Now I take mainly aircraft, but I'm starting to look further afield. Astro seems to be a bit difficult, I'm finding video stacking is better with my scope. I've even thought about some basic studio stuff.

I like taking pictures of people, normally friends or people I know, who are not aware that I am taking the shot and I like to combine it with angles of buildings etc. If I don't have a DSLR with me I normally carry a small camera in my pocket all the time. Over the years I have driven people crazy with always looking for photo shots. I also like to capture unique scenery shots.

The picture at the top showing typical Dorset backdrop is close to the area where I live, as I live in Hampshire on the Dorset border. Taking any sort of photograph to me is mainly about capturing that moment in time. If possible in a unique, unusual way.

I take my camera everywhere I go. Always looking for that "award-winning" shot. Love taking pics of the grandkids, flowers, landscapes, wildlife, pretty much everything.

But my MOST favorite thing to photograph is the moon with my scope and camera.

Looking at and studying the moon takes me away to places where the cares of this world are not important and time seems to stand still on the hills and valleys of a celestial world...

This morning's moon....

Wow, BonOlgirl, we have quite a bit in common.

I love taking nature, wildlife, flowers, pets, anything in my garden and best of all my grandkids.
