Take three years ago at Arisaig, Western Scotland. That beach was a minutes walk from our tents. We had four nights out of five with sunsets.

I'd like to think that, as all my shots are better these days, I could do better next time.

I used a D3200 with an adjustable ND filter, post processing in LR5

I guess I should throw up a sunset as well...lots of nice ones here already...This is a sunset over Albemarle Sound in North Carolina's Outer Banks...

 

 

Taken in August 2009 with my D90 and an 18-70 f/3.5-4.5, ISO 200, 70mm, f8, 1/1000

 

 

Taken in October 2013, D600, 24-70mm at 70mm, f13, 1/1000, ISO 12800 - Saw it while shooting a football game.  I'd been shooting some crowd shots which are out of the normal field lighting, thus the high ISO...
