For the Nikon cameras the Nikon GPS unit updates the clock.I now own 7 digital cameras - I really could live without this! Fortunately all of my wall clocks etc. are radio controlled, so I don't have to worry about them.
I occasionally use it to update and synchronise the time among my different cameras.

I don't really have much need for the GPS so I've never bothered to get one. And it really doesn't take that long to change the date on a few cameras, I just felt like moaning...

Unfortunately, our bedroom clocks aren't radio controlled.
My wife did her morning treadmill walk an hour early!
I got an extra hour in bed.

I have adjusted the time in all 7 Nikons and the Leica now. One nice thing is that I found out that the new firmware for the Z6II is here, finally!

Bump, again.
We are not there yet, but we are getting there. Next weekend in the EU and the week after that in the USA.
