I found another use for the slip cover from a computer chair's wheelbase. Used in conjuction with an instant cappuccino container. Being this was my first attempt to make these, I have already improved my method for the next construction.

I started with a 3 piece slip cover and 1 cappuccino container.

I scored the end and removed a section that will impede the light.

Checked the fit.

Determined there was to much length for the device.

Determined how much extra room was able to be removed.

Used a torch and metal blade to cut through the plastic for length reduction. Can use one or two ring layers less.

Finished assembly with some duct tape. Made a second one from the remnants. I prefer the first. the bottle has is a bit less translucent and more white.

A couple of sample shots. Non adjusted Jpeg.

Good work.  The price tag of the lightsphere is a little hard to swallow.
