Whom do you use for Professional Scanning?

Greetings to all!

 

Whom do you use to do your professional scanning, not just 35mm film but for medium format negatives as well? I have considered A&I, now in North Hollywood, California, who at least used to have an excellent reputation, but I've read mixed reviews on their care with film handling. Have you had any positive experiences with them? Any suggestions for anyone else in the U.S. who does quality scanning?
