Hello Friends,

Wish You all a successful New Year!

Recently I have been facing a strange issue with my 4 months old Nikon SB 910 Speedlight. I am getting "Safety circuit activation indicator" error on my SB-910.

This happens once in a while and by the time I take it to the service centre, it starts working.

I have tried with different sets of batteries which are working perfectly fine on my other SB-910.

I have attached a snapshot of the error I am getting.

Please help me know the possible causes for this error.

Is this Hardware or software related. Any Idea?

Thanks,

Rohan

Is it after a burst of shooting, leading to overheating?

Hello,

I am having same issue after cleaning the corrosion with vinegar, as soon as I power it on the error appears. Can some one please tell if there is easy way to fix or I do need a tech ?

Thank you

LH
