I'm in need of a mode setting knob for D7100. Where can I get one.

Nikon Service Center tells me to send the camera to America and they'll fix it.

The problem? I'm not in America. This month and next, I'm on assignment in Argentina. I need to find one that I can have shipped to me.

Can anyone help?

Maybe check some used gear sites or e-bay for a parts body (or just parts) that get you what you need.  You might also be able to rent a body to get you through your trip so you can get it fixed when you return...you could also try a photo shop there to see if they can fix or have the part...

Hope that helps!  Safe travels...

If it's that important, I would consider looking up a Nikon authorized service center in Argentina. I've read reports about Nikon becoming very stingy about selling parts to non-service center personnel.

Good luck!
