I used to have a Nikon 12-24/4 for architecture when I shot in DX. It has some distortion, but it is easily corrected in post. I have tried the Nikon 10-24, the Tokina 11-16 and the Tokina 12-24 but the contrast of the Nikon 12-24 won out easily. There are some more modern third-party lenses I have no experience with that seem nice, maybe someone else can chime in...

Hi, I am using the Sigma 10-20/3.5 and am quite pleased with it.

Just adding two outdoor pictures hereafter, taken with that lens, both at 10mm.

Beautiful images, Jerry. They make me want to get back into wide angle photography. Lenses in this focal length range are so much fun to use but at the same time so hard to use effectively. You've done a good job.

I concur , the Sigma 10-20 is a great lens! This was shot w/ a D7100 as well.

I also use the Sigma 10-20 on my 7100, it's a great lens and the results are great too. Highly recommended.
