All that cheesecake would have done me in too, Patrick…looks divine.

 

I haven't been shooting much besides food lately--still shooting for the cookbook. Publisher moved our deadline up a bit, so the author and I worked frantically this week to finish up. Here's one of the shots we came away with this week--chicken and cheese quesadillas.
