Opps, Second of my questions lol, In all my previous cameras, when I choose to go up or down in iso, it was by the 100s, like 100 to 200 or 1600 to 800. With my new D810, it doesnt seem to work that way. Ill go from like 220 to 310 or something simular.

Your previous cameras were set to change ISO in full steps, the D810 is set to 1/3 steps as default. This gives finer control than the full steps. If you should want to change it, it is in the Metering/exposure custom setting menu if the D810 works like previous bodies.

Yeah, all the newer cameras change shutter, aperture and IOS in fractions of stops (or at least the ones I'm familiar with).
