Hi everyone, lately i have been noticing a major difference in how my photos looked according to the different displays... Is there any way to manage that for clients?

This is an unsolvable issue as old as digital photography. Each person's monitor (yours included) will have different settings, color casts, brightness, etc etc etc... Unless you physically calibrate each person's monitor to a set standard your images will always look slightly different from screen to screen.
The best you can do is make sure your monitor is properly calibrated and hope theirs isn't too far off LOL
