After Windows System Failure, I reinstalled PS Elements 11 and my catalogue from an external hard drive. Everything seems to be there but the RAW file edits are missing. They do however appear to exist in Windows. Elements says that it doesn't support this file type! Can anyone help, I'm tearing my hair out?!

Are the XMP files in the same folder as your RAWs?  If so, they should be recognized.

Also make sure that you have updated Elements. Sometimes those patches have support for cameras and file formatting adjustments that don't work with older versions.

Thank you very much for replying. Not too sure what was going on but I thought it was about time I upgraded my software. After downloading Lightroom and PS cc, I re-installed my catalogue and now everything is fine.  :)
