Hi, interesting picture!

The eyes, the ears and the pearl-collar contribute nicely to the composition of the shot.

The bubblegum makes a good eyecatcher.

Where I see possible improvements is that the shot cuts of a minor part of the top of the head.

Also her hand playing with her hairstrain is not fully in the picture. Even so this movement would add to the lifeliness of the picture, with the current framing, this is lost.

Finally try lowering/center slightly the light, this would also improve the reflection of the light in her eyes, as well as bring more even light to the right side of her head.

I'll echo Jerry.. top of head cut off and the hand looks all wrong, I'd also apply a slight crop off the right to balance the image
