Can somebody point me to a good resource for figuring out guild numbers on a flash.  It appears to be the main point of comparison for the brightness or power or how much light it puts out.  However, I am seeing numbers all over the place, and having a hard time knowing what I am looking at.  Anybody have a quick resource I can read and learn?

Thanks
