 Sorry it has taken me so long to chime in.  I have been at a family reunion.

 

Generally, the exposures are VERY early morning,before sunrise.  The exposures are typically 30 seconds to 2.5 minutes.  I don't like using ND filters unless I have to because the color cast of the lenses means a lot of playing with the Whitebalance in post.  However, I will stack a 2-stop and a 3-stop ND filter occasionally.

 As stated earlier I don't like to use filters unless forced to because they screw up the white balance too much.  With that said I will occasionally stack verying combinations of a 2-stop a 3-stop and a circular polarizing filter.  Thanks for asking.
