I shared this image with a friend who used it on his weather blog:

Kinda neat but nothing all that remarkable, right?

Well, Pioneer Productions approached me and asked if I would sell them the license for this image to use on a TV program called "Strangest Weather".  :huh:

Just goes to show that you never ever ever know if a "throw away" photo isn't worth something to someone for stock...

You are right in that, you never know what someone else may look at and see something they want for a project.
