Looks like a painting - I like it. Maybe I'd brighten it a bit.

@Jerry_ : If I'm right - most of this picture is original - PP does a touch, but main effect was applied during shutter release :)

@Serge: was wondering especially because of the lines in the bottom, which look as if it has "scratched"

Again: if I'm right: Scratched lines are within the area in focus - the rest is a victim of DOF that's why it's not scratched :)

But let's wait for Long Exposure to give us explanation :)

The centrally located diffuse light surrounded by pastel like earthy elements provokes a feeling of melancholic spirituality for me although the fuzzy vertical pattern across the extreme foreground distracts. I think i would have cropped that out.

Three clicks in Topaz Labs Lens Effects.  Good point Jesper about the crop.  I see your point.  Thanks.
