Same here. I was actually concerned that a "one hit wonder" was going to end up with the precious... lol

I just PM'd Adam and he says my 50mm D lens should work without any limitations, so that will be my starter lens... which is great, as it is one of my two favorite lenses anyway.

I think my new goal is to get enough posts to be labeled a forum veteran. Seriously. I'm coveting that title. What does it take--300 posts? I'm almost there!

You are clearly a forum veteran, with or without the title. You don't need the badge.

I have no idea at all why that is showing like that at your end. At this end I see everthing similar to your and instead of K-9 it shows Tony892, just taken a snapshot will try to post it

Just noticed it now, never noticed it before. How long has it been showing like that? I have no idea at all why or when this happened. Clearly my observation skills are way off.
