I have a Nikon FM2n arriving soon to go along with my F3. Is it worth swapping a K2 for a K3 screen, or an E2 for the E3? I know the "3" screens are said to be brighter, but is it enough of a difference to be worth the change?

Back in the day, younger eyes, I didn't think it was worth it. Now maybe, but at 76 I still have no problem with the 2's

The '3 screens are brighter, but they don't snap into focus like the '2 versions with fast glass.

If you use slow zooms, the '3 versions are better, but with faster than f/2.8 primes, not so much.

Thank you. The only lenses I expect to use are 50mm f1.4 and 35mm f2.0.
