Hi,

I just recently got a D850 and would like to get a fitted leather case for it like it I had gotten for my previous cameras. I had purchased MegaGear Full Ever Ready cases previously, but they do not make one that fits the D850, and all other searches have come up empty. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Only I found it for Nikon Df , Zfc and Zf, that are considerate for Nikon the retro "new stuff" for nostalgic and colectors.

With Nikon D2,D3,D4 and D5 series happen the same to me, I wanted cool leather cases too...  but so finally surrender and I use silicon cover. "Easy Cover"

Like this one, easy to find on Amazon or sometimes in local stores.

I can't remember ever seeing a never-ready case for Nikon DSLR-s with the larger grips, just D3x00, D5x00, Df, coolpixes and some mirrorfree cameras.

My personal experience with these cases is that the nose gets in the way most of the time. I run a half-case on some bodies where I can find one and usually use a shoulder bag as a shooting bag.

The matter, I am sure it's a question of numbers, maybe for the company to create a leather case for Nikon D5 or D850 "professional" models, it's a bad deal because of just numbers of units and possible buyers.

A lot of units of D3xxx,D5xxx and D7xxx series and the size is similar, and the Nikon Df,Zfc and Zf for collectors and nostalgic people that will buy leather case for sure.

I understand the nostalgia of those leather cases... and back in the day, camera stores used to push them aggressively with every camera they sold. But I could never see the attraction. Some photographers even started calling them "never ready" cases because of how they always seemed to be in the way of whatever you were trying to do.

All that said.... I did some checking and couldn't find any for the D850 either.

Edit: I did find this on Amazon.
