Have pulled out my Coolpix AW100 that was given to me many years ago. 

 

I'm trying to use the camera to document home owner association repair needs using the GPS feature and so far, the pix are great for my needs.

 

Hoping to coax a bit more out of the camera to identify location.

Welcome aboard. I likewise live in NC, Huntersville to be specific. I've used my rig for the purpose of HOA issues as well and found I needed a 300mm lenses to capture gutter and eve issues. Photos do enhance repair response for sure.
