touch screen does not show setting when look at photo.

where do i go in the menu do this. when i look at a photo in touch screen or evf does not show my setting i did to take photo. how do i change show show how photo was taken without having to use small screen on top of camera. i want the display on back of camera where can see menu or if I button show all that info. i want to see how the picture was taken. so want to mm F/stop shutter speed and ISO too.
