B700 and SnapBridge, only zoom and shutter works

Hello,

B700 new user here; I'm having strange experience with SnapBridge.

History

Inherited the B700

updated to latest firmware

Installed and paired latest SB/SnapBridge from Google Play store without problems

When I use SB Remote Photography all I can control is Zoom and Shutter, I cannot adjust Shutter Speed, Aperture or ISO, they do not respond in the SB app; It's like the camera is in "A/Auto" mode as opposed to "M/manual".

I attached a photo of the Android Phone linked to the camera.

Is there something I'm missing?
