A typical street shot, but without people and in colour. I was out around 11.30 this Sunday, hoping to catch some stressed shoppers waiting for the shops to open. It was strange to not even see any children wanting to play in Santa's armchair... The red carpet didn't want to go monochrome...

We'll see if the solution to keep the students from stealing the armchair lies in tamperproof Torx screws or if they will have to do something better. Last year's standard Torx weren't enough... It usually gets moved to the outdoor seating area of a Pizza place on the other side of the river.

Of course you're aware that there's no such thing as tamperproof Torx screws. Yeah, I know they exist, but they're easily defeated.
