hi, Im new to this dslr camera. I would like to ask if anyone have encountered with this problem? This picture was taken by random at 1/2000 shutter speed, the result came out with an obvious portion of the photo looked glitched or something (top part is blacked out). I switched to different lens and the result is still the same. It is more obvious at higher shutter speed. What is the cause and how am I able to fix this?

Thank you in advance.

Shutter curtain bounce, misaligned or slow mirror. It needs a service that will probably be more expensive than it is worth.

The issue seems to be with camera. You can put it for repair. Also, you can use a photo repair software to repair your glitched photo and it will cost you less.
