Hi all hope we all ok just a quick question i got my zoom lens out after a while in storage and found these on it not sure what they are or if they can be cleaned off,any advice would be welcome.

That looks like fungus and is generally not trivial to clean.  Be careful, as it may spread to other lenses nearby...

 

A good way to avoid it is to keep lenses in a dry area and/or near moisture absorption packets.

Fungus- as stated above. Use an Ammonia based lens cleaner to get off, but the damage to the lens coating is going to remain.

 

I place lenses with fungus under a UV lamp to kill any remaining spores. I bought a camera collection from the wife of a collector that passed away, they had been stored in a Damp Safe. Safe- BAD. I ended up disassembling a lot of lenses and cameras, used the UV lamp. 1 Year later- fungus has not returned. It was active, got to most of it before eating into the coatings and glass.
