Nothing from me yesterday, and nothing today. I am in an editing frame of mind until I have finished the 400 frames I shot for work yesterday. I hope I have something to show tomorrow.

There is no lack of pubs in Uppsala. These are on the same street, within a half mile... They are all very different and don't really compete with each other.

A few mates went ferreting and asked me along to take some pics. This is what we do here, in the winter, we hunt with dogs and ferrets. A good reason to look forward to winter!
All pics with the Sigma FP and either 65/2 or 45/2.8 - all of which were supposed to be on eBay ages ago but haven’t quite got there…

NOT my beautiful launderette - Westgate. (Apologies to Stephen Frears & Working Title Films)
My wife commented the other day, 'you don't see any launderettes now'. I pointed out this one.
I went into a launderette during the 1980's to dry some washing.
I got thrown out because it was deemed 'too wet'.
'It'll blow the fuses', the manageress exclaimed.

Restaurant and nightclub "Flustret". Built in 1842 as a single storey building, the second floor was added in 1858 and the towers in 1872. Its name comes from how the young patrons swarm outside like the bees at the entrance to the hive. The beehive entrance is called a "fluster" in Swedish.

A quick wander this morning whilst my wife was on the phone to her sister in Australia, (plenty of time).
The police watching out for possible limit-breaking in the 30 MPH zone. As their rear window was closed, perhaps on tea-break.
A bar / restaurant in Birchington. Neither of us drink alcohol, so we've never visited.
The two steeples of Birchington. The Methodist church (left) & All Saints (right).

The difference in perspective is subtle, but there. The difference in foot traffic west of Dragarbrunnsgatan, and exposing for the whole scene has much more impact on the feel of the photo. I don't like one more than the other, they are just different.
These are both run through Noise Ninja for noise reduction, using both Luminance and color noise reduction and leaving some noise in to keep detail. That said, the Z6II is extremely well behaved at these high ISO settings.
Here is the high ISO one without noise reduction.

I took a walk after work today. These are all about 2-3 km downstream from the old water mill.
All shot with the Z50 with the 16-50 kit zoom.

Yesterday, I took a melancholy walk and took a look through my lens at seven of my late mother's favourite restaurants. I skipped her favourite Sushi place as it is in a totally different part of the city and her favourite Italian seafood place as there was an illegally parked car outside that made it impossible to take a photo.
Camera was the Z50 with the kit zoom.
