Whatzit?  Or, what's it?

 

I'll be back this evening with the answer and a better photo, (this is out of the camera-RAW).

 

Kinda looks like a distant house in the darkness at a glance to me...

Now plus 3.5 stops of light, it's a small hanging lantern with a tiny solar powered bulb that hangs at the corner of my back porch.  I suppose the old woman put it there so I wouldn't walk into the side of the house from the shop at night.
