Hi All,
I'm using Nikon d7100.
A few days ago I've purchased AF-S NIKKOR 70-300mm 1:4.5-5.6G ED lens from 2nd hand.
I've paid attention when I process the taken pictures with Photoshop Image->Adjustments->Equalise it's possible to see multiple spots on the image.

Questions:
(1) What's the reason of these spots? How it's possible to solve this issue?
(2) In case these spots only visible with Photoshop Image->Adjustments->Equalise does it count like a serious issue? Can it be reason my pictures will be rejected by publishing services? Or it's a minor issue?
Please advise.
Thank you!

It looks like dust on the sensor (which becomes more visible the narrower your aperture).  The solution would be to clean the sensor using a blower as a first step, and look into a cleaning kit or professional service if that doesn't help.

Certainly looks like sensor contamination to me.

Take some shots of a white wall or any uniform white surface. As you increase the f number, the spots should be more noticeable.

As Adam suggests, try a rocket blower with the mirror locked 'up' & lens removed. Point the camera downwards toward the floor and give it a blast from the blower.

This resolved a 'spot' I had recently.

Otherwise either buy a sensor cleaning kit or have it professionally cleaned.

I use the full frame version of this kit:
