Hi everyone, I am relatively new to the technical side of photography, apologies.

I have a Nikon D3200 with a USB connection to my computer that I know works because it appears under my drives, and I am able to access the files on the SD card.

The issue I'm having is finding a software that would allow me to automatically capture a series of images without manual input. I am trying to get a series of images for thunderstorms, but in order to do it the way I want I need a way to automate the shutter based on my continually varying specifications.

Is there a software that could meet this requirement? I've tried a few solutions but none seem to work.

Thanks for the help!

Download and install the Nikon Webcam Utility. Connect your Nikon camera to your computer using the USB cable that was included with your camera.
