When I receive alerts that someone has commented or given a like on an upload of mine, I click on the bell icon and nothing

happens.  I get the two curved arrows rotating endlessly, however the notifications do not appear.  This morning I thought it

would be a good idea to see just how long it would take to work and after approximately 15 minutes, the two curved arrows

were still rotating.  I did send a note to Adam some time ago but have not received a response.  Could be he just did not

receive it for some reason.

Thanks very much for your assistance.

Tony :)

What's your PC system Tony?

I use Win 10 & Brave browser here & everything does what it should.

I tried Chrome - ok.

Tried Firefox - had the two rotating arrows briefly, then ok.

Hello Peter and many thanks for your response.  I have a Dell system with Intel i3 core processor.  I use Windows 10 with 64 bit and the most recent Google Chrome browser.

This is the same system I have had for years and nothing like this has happened before.  So, what I am having to do now is to view my most recent uploads to see who has

responded.  Thanks again,

Cheers,

Tony :)

Please don't think I'm trying to teach you to suck eggs Tony.

Does clearing the cookies & cache hove any effect on the issue?

Hello Peter,

I do not take offense easily and I am very grateful for your effort to assist.  Yes, I have cleared cookies, cache and reset the system several times and again ran anti-virus scan to no avail.  This issue just started about three or four days ago and up until then, everything was running smoothly.  When it happened, it started gradually first with the rotating arrows and within a few seconds I was able to view the notifications.  Not now though.  I wonder if I should attempt to contact Adam again.  Cheers,  Tony
