This guy has super hearing powers.  I try almost daily to sneak up on him from the desk, which is right beside the recliner he sleeps in.  He not only has super hearing, but radar as well.  I caught him in a deep sleep when the radar was dull and got these in bursts of CH=8fps with the super charged battery grip on a D700.  Of course it woke him.

Very nice photos, I had a Welsh collie who I could never get a photo of her when she was sleeping, pretty sure they have supersonic hearing

They do, some more than others.  This guy has to be pretty deep in a sound sleep for me to sneak up on him and get a picture in some of his strange sleeping positions, and the first shutter click, he's awake and ready to punish the photographer for the trespass!
