Will it be fish & chips, or pie & mash?

Ron, all three alternatives are really nice if they are well executed. Jellied eels are a bit more of an aquired taste than the two others, though.

I've never tried eels, jellied or otherwise, but I do imagine that they're an acquired taste. However, I do love fish and chips!
