The park was crawling with people (as it was a Saturday afternoon), this was one of the few snaps devoid of human life.




The beauty of B&W isn't always the subject or composition.

 

I quite often find an otherwise boring colour snap takes on a completely different aspect is mono.

 

Perhaps we're so used to seeing colour representations, mono gives a pleasing alternative (sometimes).

 

A hark back to the happy days of dev & print it yourself.

the b&w is indeed of a different level.

I guess colour might win on a sunny autumn day.
