The buttons on my D5600 and touchscreen do not work. I can take pics, change shooting mode, see settings on screen. The menu button does not take me to the menu, the playback button will not take me to the photos, I cannot change the settings to be able to shoot in manual. I cannot reset to factory settings because the buttons do not work. Also, the bluetooth icon constantly blinks like it is trying to transfer photos or connect to my phone. I have removed the snapbridge app and disconnected the camera from my phone. The bluetooth icon remains. I do not know if this is why the camera isn't functioning or not.
