I purchased a Z5 several months ago. I purchased the FTZ II lens adaptor last month. Just got around to placing it on the camera. When I turn the camera on I have a message with "Cannot Shoot Unsupported Lens attached". How do I fix this?

Thanks!

What lens do you have on the ftz?
What shooting mode are you in?

Was several months ago before or after 2021/11/10? You need firmware version C 1.20 or later for the FTZ II. (1.20 is the current one, but this post will stay available when there are new versions available)

As Merco has mentioned, you need to do a firmware update, I've done it on my Z50 and Z5, the FTZ11 works perfectly now.

Thanks! Yes, it was a firmware issue. Working now.
