I got a D3200 from a friend to use for three months.  On every setting even manual it is over exposed.  I had to manually drop the exposure but then the foreground ended up a little dark.  Is there like a factory reset for the Nikon D3200?

I'm not sure what to do.  Could the camera be broken.  He said he hasn't used it for over 6 years and it's been in a humid climate so internally it could be damaged from humidity.  Upon inspection it looks clean and no visible signs of moss or mildew.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Sam
