It does, I did a close up of the latch in color, I couldn't bring out the details as well in B&W.  The corner stone is dated 1826, but it's been redone a time or two.  It still maintains much of it's original interior except the spiral stair elevated pulpit and rifle racks in the back which are gone.  Yes, I did say rifle racks.  Family's took their rifles to church through the early 1800's for protection and a chance to shoot game for the table.

 Yes, I did say rifle racks.  Family's took their rifles to church through the early 1800's for protection and a chance to shoot game for the table. 

Not necessarily a bad idea these days either.
