I have a Nikon Z 7ii which I have been using with a F2Z adaptor to use my F-mount lenses with it, but i have just bought a Z 70-200mm f/2.8 lens and a Z type 2x convertor. 

 

Never had any problem attaching my F mount lenses to the Z7 II but attaching this new lens I am getting a message on the LCD screen ie

'Lens Initialization Failed, and to turn off and on again'.

But I keep doing that, and I keep getting the same message.  

 

Any Suggestions guys. Never had this before, 

 

 

 

 

 

Sorry guys, please ignore this. I thought I had the latest firmware installed but just found out that I hav'nt.
