Apature f7.1 missing on Nikon Z5

I'm using a z14-30 on my Z5,apature f7.1 is missing ,and I suspect more apature settings is missing. Got f4, f4.8 f5.6 f6.7 f8 f9.5 f11 f13 f16 f19 f22. I'm I missing something

Looks like you have it set to half-stops.  With 1/3 stops it should be able to hit 7.1 or somewhere close to that.
