Z7 and the RAW upgrade

I just got the RAW upgrade for my Z7 yesterday. I was really surprised to turn it on this morning and see that the minimum ISO is (still) 800. I wanted to confirm that I've not made some kind of error, is the minimum ISO 800? 

 

Also, there is no setting in camera that indicates I'm shooting in 12-bit (and nothing I can find on the Atmos Ninja V either). I wanted to confirm that RAW just automatically shoots in 12-bit and that there's nothing additional I need to do. 

 

Lastly, for those of you who use the RAW upgrade, what's your workflow like? Do you have any tips or tricks you've picked up?
