I cannot figure out how to delete a post that did not work out for me.
Also, how do you post an image from Flickr? lol

Once you've posted, there is an edit & hide button bottom right.
This allows you to edit / hide your post.
To link to flickr,
Open an account (free)
Upload your image.
Make sure it's public
Go to the share button - a sort of arrow near bottom right of image
This brings up a box
Select BBCode
Copy the link
Past it into your post here
