What are you looking for?  I know back in the day most photo shops gave a discount for 10+ rolls...I used to buy some in bricks.  It has been a long time since I shot film though...B&H looks like it has a good selection:

Definitely cheapest to buy the 100 foot rolls and "roll your own" if you can...

Yes, BandH or Amazon, but look for items sold by Amazon or fulfilled through Amazon, rather than 3rd party sellers on their site.  Much easier return policy if there are any issues.

My local Walgreens and Walmart carry film, and still develop it.

They just have basic Fiji print film, so if you are looking for a wider verity then Amazon or one of the big camera stores will have just about anything you could want.

Peace

I agree B&H and also Freestyle are great places to buy film. They both have a great selection. On the other hand, absent buying on the internet, local options are much more limited. As stated Walgreens has  a limited selection (better than nothing). I can't buy any black and white locally. I bulk load most of my 35mm and buy 120 on the internet. My processor of choice is definitely Dwayne's in Kansas.

I've dealt with Freestyle for several years for my film needs. They offer about the widest range of film in many formats that you can find today. Ultarfineonline.com is anothe source; they have several films under their own label.  I've not tried any of them.  They also have the major makers.

Kentmere, which is a subsidiary of Ilford, makes good 35mm film in both 100 and 400 speeds.  Good, basic film, available from major dealers.

Local sources?  Here in the Atlanta area the chain stores have VERY limited selections!  Showcase, one of the few bricks and mortar stores, carries a very limited range of film at high prices.  Wings, which as a store is over 100 years old, has a pretty good selection of Kodak BW, and Ilford film, paper, and chemicals aimed at photo courses.  Wings is ASFIK, the BEST source of used gear in all formats in the Atlanta area.

I've been happy with Freestyle also.  They have a good selection and prompt shipping.  My local stores have very limited stock, so I just go directly to the internet whenever I need film.

I have never had a problem with buying bulk film from ebay.  I was able to get fresh and stale dated film without any issues.

Hope this helps.

I have used B&H photo as my source in nyc since kodachrome days. I still use them. An alternative is Adorama in nyc. Access them on the web.

I also have been using Freestyle for 30+ years. If your in SoCal you can hit their store up at 5124 W Sunset Blvd they pretty much stock everything and their prices are reasonable on most items. I learned of them in school my teacher introduced me to their brands and (like Costco) it's manufactured by various vendors but is usually a superior product at a very reasonable price.

Usually I buy locally. Sometimes if I want a specific film stock, only is the only resort. Not many places carry Lomochrome Purple.
