The old building is demolished now and they are erecting the crane to start construction.
Here is a detail of the mobile crane used to erect the big one.
... and the pillar for the big crane as far as they got today.

Ron's right, and we have way too much urban decay, abandon buildings that remain that way until they become a hazard.
