Had a phone call from my Camera Club Hon. Secretary --  a bloke had contacted him saying that he had his Dad's 'Old Film Camera  Gear' going to the Council DUMP but if any Club members could get there quickly enough it was 'Theirs' so of course I GOT THERE IN TIME  and he handed over the usual Dusty Box -- inside were Contax RTS II Quartz with 50mm f1.4 Planar T*, Winders, Contax Hammerhead Flash,  Yashica FR-1 + 50mm f1.9 DSB , 28mm f3.5, 80-210mm  Yashica Zoom , Winder etc etc . Both cameras had had a 'Bang' and frame counters were stuck but I cleaned them, renewed rotten foam seals, put in new batteries and they 'Creaked Into Life' --  Here are CONTAX RTS II  Quartz results --
