This is probably a silly question but I am not as young as I was and this has flumaxed me.

When the arrow is pressed at top right on the back instead of the current photo a calendar appears showing the current month and photos taken on that day.  I have no idea I achieved this change and I cannot get out of it.  I have looked at the D7200 manual without success.

I is very frustrating because I have had a camera since the 50s and I really should know these things.

Thank you in advance.

Press the +Qual button on the left side a few times when in the playback screen to restore normal function.

You have accidently pushed the zoom out (-) button a couple of times. The way to get back is this. When the calendar shows, push the zoom in (+) button a couple of times till you see a singel photo.

Thank you both for your prompt answers - we are now back to normal.  Things are a lot more complicated nowadays one of my early cameras was a 2.5*3.5" plate camera which was quite simple but developing the plates was quite interesting.
