NX Studio/Viewnx Windows 10 Hang problem discovered

I had a SONY VIAO laptop on an intel I7 processor and 12 gig of Ram..
All my software runs quite fast as I have windows 10 and a crucial 2 TB 
solid state HDD.

I started using viewnx-I and I gave up because the software took around 5 minutes to start.. I installed NX-studio hoping for big change but had the same problem.

 

Once the app is run (Even as administrator, it waits in the background - as shown by task manager doing nothing for 5 mins)

eventually it runs but it stops and go and that repeated itself..

Reading a nikon support forum about an un-related matter, the user said Viewnx/Nx Studio was scanning the USB ports  for nikon transfer.

So I remove all my USB devices and NX-Studio runs instantly... I discovered it was waiting for

a response from my BLUETOOTH BRIDGE DEVICE..

 the id is JIELI BR7

Every menu selection I made with the mouse the NX-STUDIO will scan the USB ports and wait for a response from my Bluetooth Bridge.

So please fix this as I use this USB adaptor to upgrade my bluetooth version.
