hi i am saying hello from teeside,i am using an old nikon D80 camera which still gives me great photos,i would say i am not a heavy user  but i can be when i put my mind to it .i just use it as a hobby when ever i get the chance to go out or i make an excuse to go out :D ..my nikon D80 is my 2nd camera from a fujifine film bridge and have used it for a a few years and produced some great photos..maybe sometime in the near future when funds are available i may concider retireing this old camera.. but while it works and gives me what i need would like more pixels etc it still does its job.. :D i have attached a photo i had taken i won a competition at kirkleatham owl centre to help them with more funds for the centre especially after there recent flood which sadly lost a few birds

What a beautiful photo! And that's wonderful that it's helping the owl center (sorry--I have to spell like an American ;) ). How sad they lost some of their birds... Are they selling your photo to raise funds?

The D80 is a great camera! I shot on a D60 up until this past March and loved it.

Welcome to the forum--lots of good and generous photographers here. Hope you enjoy it.
